The Hopper: Mount Greylock
Sunset over Taconics |
The Hopper with Grey Mist on Top |
Twilight |
Pink streaks of Sunset mingle with lingering fog over The Hopper |
A cold, raw, drizzly day before foliage on Mount Greylock
Finished the day with "The Hopper" in the Haley Farm Field
Sun and clouds fought for dominance over the western slopes of Mount Greylock.
A battle between hot and cold, sun versus clouds.
A top hat of fog engulfed the the top of the range, slowly lifted and cleared, making way for bold, striking streaks of vivid pink, a reflection of the setting sun across the way, causing a glow of orange and yellow over the Taconics, quickly disappearing, leaving no trace in the night.
