Previous to yesterday I thought the Solstice was just another ordinary day, nothing special, until I went out to photograph in the woods. There is definitely something intensely different about the Sun that day, I instantly felt connected to those who experienced the Sun for what it really was all of these years we've been on Earth, definitely a spiritual experience.
